Wellard Agri Limited is seeking full time employees to join the company at The Grange, Dongara and Hyfield, Kojonup.
The requirements of the positions are:
- Previous experience in broad acre farming
- Previous experience in Sheep and Cattle farming
- Preferred licences, truck MC and chemical users
certificate - Machinery operation and maintenance of plant & equipment
- Work shop skills
- Problem solving & communication skills
- Ability to manage time & supervise casual staff
- Cost conscious and willing to contribute ideas and take the lead when required
- A high standard of presentation and a passion for the industry
