Annual General Meetings & Financial Reports

Wellard Limited’s shareholders voted overwhelmingly to delist from the ASX at the Company’s last AGM on 14 November 2025.

Following that decision, the Company is now no longer trading on ASX. Announcements and disclosure is no longer made to ASX or released on the ASX platform.

2025 WLD Notice of AGM

This is Wellard Limited’s 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum. The Company recommends that shareholders read this document carefully, particularly in relation to the proposal to delist from the ASX (Resolution 3), and the proposed capital return of 1.5 cents-per-share to all shareholders (Resolution 4).

All shareholders should receive an email or letter with a personalised proxy form to facilitiate voting on all resolutions. The proxy form in the Notice of Meeting on this website is a sample only and not valid for voting.
