Strategic Focus & Value Management 

With the sale of our final operating asset in August 2025, Wellard has transitioned from active shipping operations to a lean, listed holding entity. Our strategy now centres on disciplined capital management, compliance with ASX obligations, and preserving optionality through a potential capital return post-AGM and participation in the Brett Cattle Company Class Action. We remain open to future opportunities that may deliver value for shareholders, while prudently stewarding the Company through the final stage of its wind-down.
