People & Careers

For decades, Wellard’s people were central to its success in the global livestock shipping industry. From vessel crews and stockmen to operations, finance, and management teams, their professionalism and dedication underpinned the Company’s reputation for safety, welfare, and service.

With the conclusion of shipping operations in 2025, Wellard is currently not recruiting employees. The Company now operates as a lean, listed holding entity, focused on capitalmanagement and delivering value to shareholders.

Wellard remains proud of the contributions made by its employees over the years, and acknowledges the central role they played in building the Company’s legacy.
