Wellard is again proud to partner up with the American Motorcyclist Association in 2015 as they take on the World’s best Enduro riders in Kosice, Slovakia, at the International Six Day Enduro in September.
Now in its ninth year of involvement with the iconic event, Wellard is well entrenched on the world enduro stage after previously supporting teams from Australia and New Zealand, with great results. This year Wellard will continue its support of the U.S. National team, for the fourth consecutive year, and will be represented by some of the finest offroad riders in the country.
This year the contingent of 31 US riders will utilise custom-made team jerseys provided by Wellard for the Club and Trophy team riders helping bond the team into one unit. The Company will also provide some financial assistance awards to assist riders to make the trip to Slovakia.
After last year’s podium in Argentina by the Junior Trophy team and securing the overall individual Club rider award, Wellard Managing Director Mauro Balzarini is looking forward to tasting greater success in Slovakia.
The terrain in Slovakia will be vastly different from the dry dusty conditions of Argentina and it is expected the US East Coast riders will have some advantage with their riding conditions being similar to what they will encounter in Kosice from September 7-12.
